REQFIL V2.3. An Intelligent File Server for WinPack
---------------------------------------------------
Written by Roger Barker, G4IDE. January 1996.
This WinPack server is freeware.

To use the server you must send a message to GW4WOV @. The title of
the message must start with /REQFIL. For example the title:-
/REQFIL SAMPLE.TXT
requests that the file SAMPLE.TXT be sent to the sender of the message.
If the sender wishes the file to be sent to him at a different BBS to
the one from which he sent the request, then he can include the BBS:-
/REQFIL SAMPLE.TXT @ GB7???

Additional request lines, in *exactly* the same format as the title
line, including the /REQFIL, may be included in the body of the
message. Therefore several files can be requested with one message.

It is not obligatory for the title line to include a file request,
It can simply be /REQFIL with no additional text and all the requests
can be put in the body of the message. This is useful if the file
name cannot be fitted into the nominal 30 characters that are
available for a message title.

The server analyses the requested file and decides if it is binary
or ASCII. If it is binary then it is sent as 7+, if it is ASCII then
it is sent as text.

If necessary, files are broken into parts before they are sent,
so that no part is larger than 4000 characters.
